About Kim Mears

Kim has been interested in alternative health since she found a book of Yoga on her Nan’s bookshelf as a young girl. She spent a lot of time upside down against the hallway wall in either a headstand or a handstand thereafter. She has trodden a global path of learning including Asia, Africa and the Americas with a close eye on how culture, spirit and physicality combine for wellness.

“To transform our lives, we must shift our attention inward where true healing is available to us all. That is what I have personally found to be true.”

When Kim is not practising Kinesiology, she loves to spend time with family and friends, enjoying garden, traveling, sailing and painting.
